- First, we used t-test in quantitative variables and Fisher’s exact test in qualitative variables between F2 and F3 groups without any adjustments. Next, Age-adjusted mean differences were estimated using ANCOVA and Odds ratios were calculated using logistic regression analysis. CI is an abbreviation of confidence interval.
